Cookie Policy
E4E Health Inc. · Effective August 10, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how E4E Health Inc. ("E4E", "we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on e4e.health. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle any personal information those technologies collect.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and give site owners information about how the site is used. Related technologies - pixels, web beacons, browser local storage, and tag managers - serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.
Our Store Runs on Shopify
Our storefront and checkout are operated on Shopify. Some of the cookies described below are set by Shopify as part of running the store, not by us directly, and they are present on every Shopify storefront. Shopify processes that information as our service provider.
Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary
Required for the store to work at all. These keep the contents of your cart between pages, carry your session through checkout, keep you signed in to your customer account, protect against fraud and automated abuse, and route traffic across Shopify's infrastructure. The store cannot function without them, so they are not subject to an opt-out.
Analytics and performance
Tell us how the site is used in aggregate - which pages are visited, how long visits last, where visitors arrive from, and where they abandon a flow - so we can improve the site. Two systems are involved:
- Shopify store analytics. Shopify's built-in reporting sets first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and to attribute orders to a source.
- Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. We use a Google Tag Manager container to deliver Google Analytics 4. Google acts as our processor for this analytics data.
Functionality
Remember choices that make the site easier to use - a dismissed message, a form you part-completed, or your recognition by Shop Pay and the Shop app so checkout can be completed faster on a return visit.
Marketing and email
We use Klaviyo for email marketing. Its onsite script associates browsing activity on this site with your email address once you have given it to us - by subscribing to our newsletter or placing an order - so that the email we send is relevant rather than generic. Shopify also records how a visit arrived at the store so orders can be attributed to a marketing source.
Third Parties Whose Technologies We Load
- Shopify: store platform, checkout, customer accounts, store analytics, Shop Pay and the Shop app.
- Google: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Klaviyo: email marketing and onsite activity tracking.
Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control the cookies they set beyond deciding whether to load them.
Consent, and Why You May Not See a Banner
Shopify assesses whether a prior-consent cookie banner is required based on the regions we sell to. We currently sell only within the United States, where a banner asking permission before cookies are set is not generally required, so no banner is displayed. If we begin selling into a region that requires one, it is enabled for visitors from that region.
Not showing a banner does not remove your rights. The controls below are available regardless.
Your Choices and Control
- US state privacy rights. Several US states give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices to exercise that right.
- Global Privacy Control. If you browse with a GPC signal enabled, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device where the law requires us to.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear cookies when you close them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart, checkout and account sign-in.
- Industry opt-outs. The Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools cover participating advertising networks.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information collected through these technologies is handled under our Privacy Policy, which sets out the categories we collect, how we use them, who we share them with, and the rights available to you.
Updates to This Cookie Policy
We update this policy when the technologies we run change. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. If we add a tracking technology that is not listed above, this page is updated before or at the time it goes live.
