Third party tested by Light Labs. Every batch. COA published.
What do you get?
One box, 3 dispensers, 30 sachets in each. REFUEL at Start of Day, RECHARGE at Midday, RECOVER at Before Sleep. 10 capsules across the day, 90 sachets a month. It is more than one capsule a day, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
How do you take it?
Tear the sachet, take the capsules. REFUEL with food. The other 2 with or without. Your day, not the clock, so if your rotation starts at night, Start of Day starts with it.
What is in it?
44 ingredients across 3 formulas. Every active named at its dose and its form. No proprietary blends, so there is nothing you have to take on trust.
Every batch is tested by Light Labs, an ISO 17025 accredited lab, and the certificate is published before you ask rather than on request. Every batch is BSCG Certified Drug Free against more than 500 banned substances, including workplace and military panels.
Your body burns through B1 like firewood in a blizzard, and most supplements hand you wet matches.
Every time you eat, your body needs B1 to turn that food into fuel. The more you eat, the more you burn. Essential Workers pulling long rotations and eating 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day are running through B1 at a pace most people never hit.
Regular B1 supplements are water soluble. Your body absorbs a little and flushes the rest. Benfotiamine, the form of B1 in REFUEL, is fat soluble, so it crosses cell membranes and gets inside the cells where it is needed. That is why 1.3 mg of the active form does more than a large dose of the cheap one.
Partners: works with the rest of the active B-complex in REFUEL.
Folate can hand off its work all day. Without B12 standing by in the right form to receive it, the handoff stalls half finished.
B12 is the partner that finishes what folate starts in the methylation cycle, the process your cells run constantly to build and repair. Essential Workers running irregular rotations and eating on the move put a steady demand on that cycle, whether or not they clock it.
Most B12 on the shelf is cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form your body has to convert before it can use it. Methylcobalamin, the form of B12 in REFUEL, is already active. There is no conversion step standing between the capsule and the reaction it is there to run.
Partners: Hands off with folate (vitamin B9, as L-5-MTHF), also dosed in REFUEL.
Folate cannot switch itself on. Something has to flip that enzyme first, and that something is B2.
Vitamin B2 activates the enzyme that converts folate into a form your cells can actually use. It is a cofactor for a cofactor, the kind of step that never shows up on a label but decides whether the ingredient next to it works.
Riboflavin, the standard form of B2, needs a conversion step to become active. Riboflavin-5-phosphate, the form in REFUEL, is already there. It goes to work on the folate beside it without a detour.
Partners: Activates the folate (as L-5-MTHF) dosed in the same formula.
Every cell in your body runs on a molecule called NAD+, and B3 is what it is built from.
NAD+ drives the reactions your cells use to turn food into usable energy, hour after hour, rotation after rotation. It is a constant draw, not an occasional one, which is why B3 sits in REFUEL alongside the rest of the active B-complex rather than standing alone.
Niacinamide, the form of B3 in REFUEL, is the non-flushing form. It does the same cellular work as niacin without the skin flush some people get from the older form, so it works quietly in the background where it belongs.
Partners: Works with the rest of the active B-complex in REFUEL.
B5's job does not finish inside REFUEL. It builds a part that RECHARGE needs hours later.
Pantothenic acid is the raw material your body uses to build coenzyme A, a carrier molecule involved in dozens of reactions, including the one that CDP Choline runs at Midday to build acetylcholine, the chemical behind focus and working memory.
B5 does not have a poorly-absorbed form the way some B vitamins do. What it needs is timing, dosed early enough in the day that the carrier it builds is ready when RECHARGE calls on it.
Partners: Builds the carrier molecule that CDP Choline (RC.02) draws on at Midday.
Roughly 1 in 8 people carry a genetic variant that slows how the body converts standard B vitamins into active ones. B6 in REFUEL skips that conversion entirely.
B6 finishes the conversion of tyrosine into dopamine and norepinephrine, the signals that sustain alertness and focus. Without it, tyrosine is raw material with nowhere to go.
Pyridoxine, the common form of B6, has to be converted before your body can use it. P5P, the form in REFUEL, is already the active version. It works the same whether or not you carry the variant that slows the standard form down.
Partners: Finishes the conversion of L-Tyrosine (RF.16), alongside vitamin C.
Fat, carbohydrate, and protein all need a different enzyme to become usable energy. Biotin is required to build several of them.
Biotin supports the enzymes your cells use to metabolize the food you eat into energy, across all 3 macronutrients. It is a small dose because the amount your body needs is small, not because the job is small.
Biotin in REFUEL is dosed at 30mcg, matched to the amount the research behind it validated, part of the full bioactive B-complex rather than an isolated add-on.
Partners: Works with the rest of the active B-complex in REFUEL.
Folic acid and folate are not the same thing, and roughly 1 in 8 people carry a genetic variant that makes the difference matter.
Folate drives the methylation cycle, the process your cells use constantly to build, repair, and pass along genetic material. It needs to be in its active form to do that, and it needs B2 and B12 in the same dose to complete the handoff.
Folic acid, the synthetic form used in most supplements and fortified food, has to be converted through several steps before your body can use it. For roughly 1 in 8 people, that conversion runs slow. L-5-MTHF, the form of folate in REFUEL, is already active. There is no conversion left to slow down.
Partners: Hands off to B12 (as methylcobalamin); B2 (as riboflavin-5-phosphate) switches on the enzyme that makes it usable.
D3 raises how much calcium you absorb. On its own, it does not say where that calcium should go.
Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption and immune function, both of which take a hit when a rotation keeps you indoors or overnight for long stretches. Raising calcium absorption without directing it is an unfinished job.
D3 in REFUEL is paired with K2, so the calcium it raises is directed to your bones instead of left circulating. Cholecalciferol, the form used here, is the form your skin produces from sunlight, dosed at 800 IU to match what the research behind it validated.
Partners: Paired with vitamin K2 (as MK-7), which directs the calcium D3 raises.
Calcium needs traffic control. K2 is the traffic control.
Vitamin K2 switches on the proteins that put circulating calcium to work in bone, a job that matters more the more calcium is circulating, which is exactly what D3 in the same formula raises.
MK-7, the form of K2 in REFUEL, stays active in the body far longer than K1, the form found in leafy greens. A longer active window means it is still on duty when the calcium D3 raised is ready to be placed.
Partners: Paired with vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), directing the calcium it raises.
RF.11 · REFUELVitamin A
(as Retinyl Palmitate)450 mcg50% DVGene transcription; retinoid signaling; immune function
Vitamin A can arrive and still go nowhere if nothing is there to carry it.
Vitamin A supports immune function and vision, but it needs to be transported to the tissue that uses it, a job handled by a protein your body builds using zinc.
Retinyl palmitate, the form of vitamin A in REFUEL, is the preformed, ready-to-use version rather than a plant-based form your body would have to convert first.
Partners: Needs the zinc inside RF.14 Ionic Trace Minerals to build the protein that carries it.
RF.12 · REFUELVitamin C
(as Magnesium Ascorbate)125 mg140% DVAntioxidant recycling; collagen synthesis; iron absorption
Most vitamin C is ascorbic acid, which is exactly what it sounds like on an empty stomach.
Vitamin C supports collagen synthesis and immune function, and it covers the water around the cell membrane while vitamin E defends the fat of it. 2 established antioxidant roles, 2 compartments, one formula.
Magnesium ascorbate, the form in REFUEL, is buffered rather than acidic, so it supports the gut lining instead of irritating the surface everything else in the capsule has to cross to be absorbed.
Partners: Recycles vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopherol) back to active; feeds the collagen work that silica continues in RECHARGE.
Vitamin E stops damage in the fat of your cell membranes. Vitamin C covers the water around them.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the fatty membranes surrounding your cells. It is one of 2 established antioxidant roles in the formula, working in the fat of the membrane rather than the water around it.
D-alpha tocopherol, the natural form of vitamin E used in REFUEL, is the form your body recognizes and retains best. Paired with the vitamin C in the same formula, the 2 cover both compartments rather than one.
Partners: Recycled back to active by vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate) in the same formula.
RF.14 · REFUELTrace Minerals
(as Ionic Mg/Zn/Se/Mn/Cr)40 mgElectrolyte cofactors; enzymatic mineral support
Heavy sweat does not just cost you water. It costs you the minerals riding in it.
Rotations spent in heat, on gear, or moving hard strip trace minerals out through sweat faster than an average day would. This blend replaces magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, and chromium, each doing separate work elsewhere in the formula.
These minerals are delivered in ionic form, already dissolved and ready to be absorbed, rather than bound in a solid form your body has to break down first.
Partners: The magnesium here clamps into B1 (as benfotiamine) to fire the energy enzyme it exists to fire; the zinc carries vitamin A where it is needed.
RF.15 · REFUELCaffeine
(as PurCaf®, organic green coffee)13 mgClean caffeine source; cognitive alertness; sustained energy
Most energy products give you the spike. REFUEL gives you 13 mg and lets the rest of the formula do the work.
Caffeine raises alertness, but raw stimulation is not the same as focus, and a large dose first thing in the day sets up the crash that follows it. REFUEL keeps the caffeine dose low and puts the rest of the day's dose where it is more useful: at Midday.
PurCaf®, the organic green coffee source used here, delivers caffeine alongside the plant compounds it naturally occurs with, at a dose that is a starting note, not the main instrument.
Partners: Paired with L-Theanine, which turns the stimulation into focus, and Theacrine, which extends it without raising the caffeine dose.
Dopamine and norepinephrine, the chemicals behind alertness and judgment, are not made from nothing. They are built from tyrosine.
Tyrosine is the direct raw material your body converts into dopamine and norepinephrine, the neurotransmitters that keep alertness and decision-making sharp through a long rotation. It crosses into the brain, where that conversion actually needs to happen.
Free-form L-Tyrosine is the form in REFUEL, paired with the B6 and the vitamin C dosed alongside it, the 2 cofactors that finish the conversion.
Partners: Needs B6 (as P5P) and vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate), both dosed in REFUEL, to complete the conversion.
RF.17 · REFUELTheacrine
(as TeaCrine®)95 mgAdenosine modulation; nonhabituating energy
Theacrine works like caffeine's cousin, and a study running 8 weeks of daily use found no tolerance build-up the way caffeine alone develops.
Theacrine supports sustained energy and focus through a pathway related to but distinct from caffeine's. Taken alongside caffeine, it extends the energy window without asking for a bigger dose the next day.
TeaCrine®, the branded, standardized form of theacrine used in REFUEL, is dosed and tested to the standard behind that 8-week finding, not a generic extract of unverified potency.
Partners: Works alongside caffeine, which raises theacrine levels in the blood so a smaller dose does more.
A third compound rounds out REFUEL's energy core, working faster than theacrine to bridge the gap while it builds.
Methylliberine is structurally related to theacrine but acts faster, filling the early window before theacrine's slower, sustained effect takes over. Together with caffeine, the 3 form a non-habituating energy core built to avoid the dose-escalation trap of caffeine alone.
Dynamine®, the branded form of methylliberine used here, is the standardized, research-dosed version, not a generic extract of unverified potency.
Partners: Works alongside theacrine (as TeaCrine®) and caffeine (as PurCaf®) as part of REFUEL's non-habituating energy core.
Caffeine without L-Theanine is stimulation. Caffeine with it is smoother.
L-Theanine raises alpha-wave brain activity, the state associated with calm alertness, inside 40 to 60 minutes. Paired with caffeine, it takes the jagged edge off the stimulant and turns raw alertness into something steadier and more usable.
Free-form L-Theanine, the form used across all 3 formulas in the routine, crosses the blood-brain barrier directly, so it is doing this work where the reaction actually happens rather than circulating unused.
Partners: The studied counterweight to caffeine (as PurCaf®), there to smooth stimulation rather than add to it.
A working muscle builds up acid before it builds up fatigue you can name. Beta-alanine is the buffer.
Beta-alanine is a precursor your body uses to build carnosine in muscle tissue. This dose is a contribution to that pool rather than a loading protocol.
Free-form beta-alanine, the form in REFUEL, is the form used in the research behind the dose, absorbed directly without a conversion step standing between the capsule and the muscle tissue it works in.
Partners: Sits alongside creatine (as HCL) in the same formula.
RF.21 · REFUELCreatine
(as HCL)1,520 mgPhosphocreatine energy buffer; ATP regeneration; cognitive support
Creatine is one of the most studied compounds in sports nutrition, and most of the market still sells you the form that dissolves the worst.
Creatine supports the energy system your muscles draw on during short, intense physical effort, the kind a rotation full of lifting, carrying, or fast movement asks for repeatedly across a single day.
Creatine monohydrate, the standard form, needs a large volume of water to dissolve and is notorious for settling at the bottom of a shaker. Creatine HCL, the form in REFUEL, is far more soluble, so a smaller, more practical dose dissolves and gets where it is going.
Partners: Works alongside beta-alanine, which buffers the acid side of fatigue while creatine buffers the energy side.
RF.22 · REFUELBamboo Extract
(as Organic Silica)14.2 mgNatural anti-caking / flow agent; bamboo stem extract rich in plant-deposited amorphous silica (typically 65 to 75 percent SiO2), an alternative to synthetic silicon dioxide
Connective tissue does not repair itself out of nothing. Silica is part of the raw material.
Silica supports the framework your body builds collagen onto, the connective tissue that holds up under the strain of climbing, carrying, or standing for a full rotation. REFUEL carries a starting dose; RECHARGE carries the larger one.
Bamboo extract is one of the richest natural sources of bioavailable silica, delivered here as a supporting delivery ingredient rather than a formulated active, working alongside the vitamin C dosed later in the same capsule.
Partners: The collagen framework it supports draws on vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate), also in REFUEL, and continues at a higher dose in RC.01.
Not everything in the capsule is there to clear a Gate. Some of it is there so the rest of the capsule works.
Nu-Mag® is a rice-extract delivery ingredient, built to help the formula move consistently through the capsule and into you, rather than to run its own biological reaction. It is named and dosed here for the same reason every other ingredient is: nothing in this routine is hidden.
Delivery ingredients like this one do not run the 8 Gates, because the Gates test what a nutrient does once absorbed, not what carries it there. Its job is quieter than that, and just as necessary.
Partners: A delivery ingredient, not a Gate-clearing active.
The silica dose that matters most is not the one in REFUEL. It is this one.
This is the larger, active dose of silica in the routine, supporting the connective tissue framework that takes ongoing strain across a rotation spent on your feet, climbing, or carrying. Months of consistent dosing is what silica-supported connective tissue work actually looks like.
Organic silica from bamboo extract, the source used here, is one of the more bioavailable natural forms, and it is not doing this work alone.
Partners: Draws on the vitamin C (as magnesium ascorbate) dosed at Start of Day in REFUEL to build collagen.
Focus that arrives late in the day is not a mood. It is a raw-material problem.
CDP Choline gives your brain the raw material it needs to build acetylcholine, the chemical behind focus and working memory. A 28-day trial measured attention effects building over that window, structural work rather than a stimulant kick.
Citicoline, the form used in RECHARGE, crosses the blood-brain barrier and is built directly into the phospholipids of brain cell membranes, which is why the research behind it measures the effect in weeks, not minutes.
Partners: Needs the carrier molecule that B5 (pantothenic acid), dosed in REFUEL, builds earlier in the day.
The energy core that started in REFUEL does not restart at Midday. It steps up.
RECHARGE carries a larger dose of methylliberine than REFUEL, extending sustained energy through the back half of a rotation, working alongside theacrine and Rhodiola rather than leaning on caffeine alone to carry the load.
Dynamine®, the branded, standardized form used here, is dosed to the amount validated for sustained daytime use, not an unverified generic extract.
Partners: Works alongside theacrine (as TeaCrine®) and caffeine (as PurCaf®) through the Midday window.
EGCG is famously hard to absorb, and no amount of black pepper fixes that.
EGCG is the active compound in green tea, associated with antioxidant support and metabolic health, but taken alone it is poorly absorbed and cleared from the body quickly.
Green tea extract, standardized here for EGCG content, is paired with quercetin in the same formula, 2 flavonoids that share the same absorption and clearance pathways.
Partners: Needs quercetin, in the same formula, to actually reach your cells.
A midday dose of caffeine without its counterweight is a different problem than a morning one. RECHARGE does not make that mistake twice.
L-Theanine takes the edge off the stimulant load a second time, at a larger dose than REFUEL's, matched to the larger caffeine dose RECHARGE carries through the back half of a rotation.
Free-form L-Theanine crosses the blood-brain barrier directly, working the same way here as it does at Start of Day, just scaled to the Midday dose it is paired with.
Partners: Paired with caffeine (as PurCaf®) to keep the Midday dose steady rather than jagged.
RC.06 · RECHARGEL-Tyrosine
315 mgCatecholamine precursor; cognitive under stress
The back half of a rotation is where alertness and judgment run thinnest. That is exactly where RECHARGE puts its largest dose of raw material for dopamine and norepinephrine.
L-Tyrosine is the direct precursor your body converts into dopamine and norepinephrine, the chemicals that sustain alertness and decision-making. Dosed at 315 mg, it matches the amount the research behind it validated.
Free-form L-Tyrosine crosses the blood-brain barrier, reaching the tissue where that conversion actually happens, paired with the active folate dosed earlier in the day in REFUEL.
Partners: Paired with the active folate (as L-5-MTHF) dosed in REFUEL earlier in the day.
RC.07 · RECHARGECaffeine
(as PurCaf®, organic green coffee)110 mgClean caffeine from green coffee; no crash
13mg at Start of Day. 110 mg at Midday. That gap is not an accident. It is Gate 7.
RECHARGE carries the largest caffeine dose in the routine, timed to the point in a rotation where the back half is starting to ask more than the front half did. Nothing in RECOVER carries caffeine at all.
PurCaf®, the same organic green coffee source used across the routine, delivers this dose alongside the plant compounds it naturally occurs with, paired with the same counterweights that manage REFUEL's smaller dose.
Partners: Paired with L-Theanine and Theacrine, the same pairing as REFUEL, scaled to the Midday window.
RC.08 · RECHARGEQuercetin
165 mgSenolytic flavonoid; anti inflammatory; mitochondrial biogenesis
EGCG can only do what your cells actually receive, and on its own, they do not receive much.
Quercetin is a plant compound studied for its own antioxidant activity, but its role in RECHARGE is specific: raising how much of the EGCG in the same formula your cells actually absorb.
Free-form quercetin, the form used here, is dosed alongside green tea extract for exactly this pairing, not as a standalone ingredient making its own separate claim.
Partners: Shares the same absorption and clearance pathways as EGCG (from Green Tea, RC.04).
An adaptogen taken inconsistently is just another bottle that did not work.
Rhodiola is associated with the body's stress response, and the research behind it measures its effect building over weeks of consistent daily use, not a single dose. Taken every day, it is part of what lowers cortisol at Midday, clearing the way for RECOVER's sleep-architecture ingredients to work that night.
The standardized extract used in RECHARGE is dosed to match the research behind it, active ingredient content held to a consistent standard rather than a variable raw extract.
Partners: Works alongside theacrine through the Midday window, and lowers cortisol so RECOVER's ingredients can work that night.
RC.10 · RECHARGETheacrine
(as TeaCrine®)200 mgSustained energy without tolerance build up
The 8-week no-tolerance finding on theacrine holds at this dose too, the larger one RECHARGE carries at Midday.
RECHARGE carries a larger dose of theacrine than REFUEL, extending sustained energy and focus through the back half of a rotation without the tolerance build-up that repeated caffeine dosing produces.
TeaCrine®, the same branded, standardized form used in REFUEL, is dosed here to match the larger Midday requirement.
Partners: Works alongside caffeine, which raises theacrine levels in the blood so a smaller dose does more.
RC.11 · RECHARGEMCT Oil
(as Medium chain triglycerides)18.6 mgCarrier oil; C8/C10 medium-chain triglycerides fractionated from coconut oil disperse fat-soluble actives and support their absorption
Not every ingredient in RECHARGE is here to clear a Gate. This one is here to help the others do their job.
MCT oil is a delivery ingredient, included to support the formula's function rather than to run a Gate-clearing reaction of its own. Like Nu-Mag® in REFUEL, it is named and dosed in full because nothing in this routine is hidden, whether or not it is a formulated active.
Medium chain triglycerides are processed by the body differently than most dietary fats, which is part of why they show up as a delivery ingredient across the supplement industry, not unique to RECHARGE.
Partners: A delivery ingredient, not a Gate-clearing active.
All amounts are per dose, not per capsule.
Step 3•RECOVER•Before Sleep
RV.01 · RECOVER5-HTP
(as L-5-Hydroxytryptophan)250 mgSerotonin precursor; REM sleep architecture support
Serotonin does not cross into your brain from outside it. 5-HTP does, and your brain finishes the job from there.
5-HTP is the raw material your brain converts into serotonin, and from there into melatonin, the sleep hormone. It crosses the blood-brain barrier where serotonin itself cannot, making the conversion possible instead of just circulating unused.
L-5-hydroxytryptophan, the form in RECOVER, cannot complete that conversion without B6 in the same dose. Take the 2 apart and the pathway stalls exactly where 5-HTP alone would leave it.
Partners: Needs B6 (as P5P), in the same formula, to convert into serotonin; saffron keeps that serotonin in play once it is made.
The nervous system does not switch off the moment your head hits the pillow. Something has to help it settle first.
Apigenin is a plant compound associated with a calming effect on the nervous system, part of the settling that has to happen before deep sleep can start, alongside taurine in the same formula.
Free-form apigenin, the form used in RECOVER, is dosed as part of the settling layer of the formula rather than as a standalone sleep aid making its own separate claim.
Partners: Works alongside taurine on the settling that has to happen before deep sleep.
RV.03 · RECOVERGlycine
285 mgNMDA co-agonist; core body temperature reduction
Glycine shows up twice in RECOVER: once attached to your magnesium, and once on its own.
Glycine supports the calming pathway your nervous system uses to move toward rest, working alongside taurine in the same formula. It is also the molecule bound to the magnesium in RECOVER, escorting it across the gut wall.
Free-form glycine, dosed separately from the magnesium bisglycinate in the same formula, adds its own calming role on top of its escort duty. The mechanism here is still an active area of research, and RECOVER doses it as one part of a formula, not a stand-alone claim.
Partners: Reinforces the same calming pathway as taurine; escorts magnesium (as bisglycinate) across the gut wall in the same molecule.
RV.04 · RECOVERL-Theanine
200 mgAlpha wave induction; anxiolytic without sedation
RECOVER carries the largest L-Theanine dose in the routine, and it is not here for focus this time.
At Before Sleep, L-Theanine's role changes: instead of taking the edge off a stimulant, it quiets the nervous system directly, ahead of the sleep-architecture ingredients that follow it in the same formula.
Free-form L-Theanine, the same form used across all 3 formulas, crosses the blood-brain barrier the same way here as it does earlier in the day, just without a stimulant to counterbalance.
Partners: Quiets the nervous system ahead of the rest of RECOVER's sleep-architecture ingredients.
Magnesium oxide is cheap because your body barely absorbs it.
Magnesium supports the drop into deep sleep and neuromuscular recovery, the repair work a rotation of physical strain leaves waiting for the sleep window.
Magnesium bisglycinate, the form in RECOVER, is a single bound molecule: magnesium arrives attached to glycine, which carries it across the gut wall, unlike magnesium oxide.
Partners: Arrives bound to glycine, which carries it across the gut wall and adds its own calming role.
The shelf sells melatonin in doses several times higher than what RECOVER carries, and higher is not the same as better.
Melatonin signals your body toward sleep. RECOVER doses it at 0.7 mg, a physiological amount closer to what your body produces on its own, rather than the 3 to 10 mg common on the shelf.
Melatonin only appears in RECOVER, never in REFUEL or RECHARGE, because nothing that signals sleep belongs in a formula meant to start or sustain your day. Consistent nightly timing is part of how it works.
Partners: Works within RECOVER's full sequence, after 5-HTP, B6, and saffron complete the serotonin-to-melatonin conversion.
The same B6 that finishes REFUEL's dopamine conversion shows up again in RECOVER, finishing a different job.
B6 completes the conversion of 5-HTP toward serotonin, without which 5-HTP has crossed into the brain with nowhere left to go.
P5P, the active form of B6 used across the routine, needs no conversion step here either, the same reason it appears in REFUEL, just at a smaller dose matched to RECOVER's needs.
Partners: Finishes the conversion of 5-HTP toward serotonin.
RECOVER is not one ingredient trying to knock you out. It is several working the same direction at once.
Passion flower extract is traditionally associated with calming and settling the nervous system, part of the layered approach RECOVER takes rather than leaning on a single sedating compound.
The extract used here is dosed as one part of RECOVER's full formula, alongside L-Theanine and taurine, not as a standalone sleep aid making its own separate claim.
Partners: Works within RECOVER's calming formula, alongside L-Theanine and taurine.
5-HTP and B6 make the serotonin. Saffron's job is to keep it from disappearing the moment it is made.
Saffron supports mood and the serotonin pathway, working as the third part of RECOVER's make-protect-convert sequence: 5-HTP supplies the raw material, B6 completes the conversion, and saffron keeps the resulting serotonin in play.
Affron®, the branded, standardized saffron extract used in RECOVER, is dosed to the standard the research behind it validated, not a generic saffron extract of unverified potency.
Partners: Works with 5-HTP and B6, keeping the serotonin they produce in play once it is made.
Taurine and glycine are not doing the same job twice. They are reinforcing the same door from 2 directions.
Taurine supports the same calming receptor pathway that glycine acts on, pushing the nervous system toward rest rather than holding it at alert, and works alongside apigenin on the settling that has to happen before deep sleep.
Free-form taurine, the form in RECOVER, is dosed alongside glycine specifically for this reinforcing effect, and nightly dosing supports the absorption of the next morning's REFUEL dose.
Partners: Reinforces the same calming receptors as glycine; works alongside apigenin on the pre-sleep settling.
Doses are governed by the signed carton proofs.

Each formula sets up the next.
REFUEL loads the methylation cycle and the mineral base at the start of your day. That is what RECHARGE draws on at Midday to build the neurotransmitters that carry the back half of your rotation. What RECHARGE spends, RECOVER settles overnight, restoring the substrate REFUEL will need again tomorrow.
Cofactoring does not only happen inside a formula. It happens across the day.
"All three feel like they're working together. I feel like it's starting to all come together as a chain reaction one after another."

Sleep timing may begin to feel more regular as consistent Before Sleep cues accumulate.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FEEL YET
The 8 B-Vitamin coenzymes reach functional steady state, and homocysteine, a cardiovascular stress marker, begins to decline.
Consecutive nights of consistent Melatonin timing begin resetting the brain's master clock, the suprachiasmatic nucleus.
Nightly Glycine and Taurine influence bile acid metabolism, which supports absorption of the next Start of Day dose.
Day 5 Feels Like Day 1. That Is the Point.
03
Where Most People Quit
WEEKS 2 TO 4
Loading actually begins here. The work is real and almost none of it is loud.
The Dial, Not a Switch
The methylation cycle has no switch. It has a dial. Each consistent day turns the dial. Missing days turn it back.
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
This is the quietest stretch on the timeline. The structural work does not announce itself.
CDP Choline's attention and processing-speed benefits were measured at 28 days (McGlade et al. 2012).
Stress may start feeling more proportionate as Rhodiola Rosea recalibrates the stress axis, not blunts it.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FEEL YET
CDP Choline (225 mg Midday) is measurably increasing phosphatidylcholine in neuronal membranes: remodeling, not stimulation.
Rhodiola Rosea's HPA axis recalibration begins here (Olsson et al. 2009, a 28-day randomized controlled trial). An adaptogen taken inconsistently is a stimulant with extra steps.
Missing days reset the curve, and the curve does not care why you missed them. Methyl donor production contracts within days of stopped input.
Quiet Is Not the Same as Nothing.
04
The Store Fills
WEEKS 4 TO 8
Folate and Vitamin B12 tissue stores approach the levels the research uses. The handoffs between doses become seamless.
Blood and Cells
The store inside your cells is what the day runs on. Illustrative.
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
Deeper sleep, not just faster sleep. Slow-wave sleep is the stage the research follows here.
Start of Day alertness arrives more naturally as the cortisol awakening response strengthens.
The Midday dose feels like part of one continuous day rather than a second cup of anything.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FEEL YET
Erythrocyte folate, the marker of what actually reached the cell, needs 12 to 16 weeks to reach steady state. This window is the middle of that climb.
The SAMe pool expands. SAMe is the universal methyl donor for over 200 reactions, so capacity rises across many pathways at once.
The cortisol diurnal rhythm tightens: stronger Start of Day rise, more reliable Before Sleep decline.
Your Blood Catches Up in Days. Your Cells Take Months.

Designed Capacity
WEEKS 8 TO 12
Every cofactor is now in place. The body runs at the capacity the routine was built to support.
The Loading Curve
Cognitive EnergySleep ArchitectureStress ResponseA Stimulant, Every Day
The three lines are now a converged band. The flat grey line has not moved since Day 1. Illustrative.
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
This is the window to judge us in, and we will say so out loud. Not Week 1. Here.
The routine is built so these four load together rather than one at a time: energy, cognition, sleep quality, stress resilience.
Not a peak you have to hold. It is the level the architecture was built to run at.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FEEL YET
The methylation, catecholamine, serotonin, and transsulfuration pathways operate at or near full throughput, together.
The HPA axis operates within a tighter regulatory band: what the clinical literature calls stress resilience.
Still no tolerance. Methylation does not habituate to Vitamin B12. Sleep architecture does not habituate to Magnesium.
Judge Us at Week 8. We Will Wait.
06
Biological Solvency
MONTHS 4 TO 6 AND BEYOND
A self-reinforcing 24-hour architecture. This is what solvency feels like.
The Loading Curve
Cognitive EnergySleep ArchitectureStress ResponseA Stimulant, Every Day
Day 30 is Better Than Day 1. Day 90 is Better Than Day 30. That is the Design. Illustrative.
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
Less a new effect than a new baseline. The point of Month 6 is that it does not feel remarkable.
Day 180 matching Day 1 is a formulation decision: non-habituating compounds, chosen so there is nothing to fight.
The routine gets easier to keep, because the 24-hour structure has become the day's own rhythm.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FEEL YET
Homocysteine holds at stable low levels under daily input. Stop, and remethylation slows within days: methylation is a cycle, not a reservoir.
Vitamin D3 (800 IU) climbs toward sufficiency, and K2 (MK-7, 90 mcg) routes calcium to bone rather than arterial walls (Knapen et al. 2015).
The Silica in Bamboo Extract has been supporting connective tissue and collagen synthesis for months.
Solvency Is Not a Peak. It Is a Balance That Holds.

REFUEL at the start of your day, before the work cycle begins. RECHARGE at Midday, when the cycle enters its second half. RECOVER before you sleep. You do not count capsules. You tear 3 sachets: one at the start of your day, one at midday, one before sleep.
What happens on the days I miss one?
Take the next one at its normal time. Do not double up. The routine works through consistency across weeks, not through any single dose, so one missed step changes very little. A pattern of missed steps changes a lot, which is why REPEAT is the 4th step rather than an afterthought.
Does this work if I am on nights or a rotating schedule?
The routine follows your biological windows, not the clock. Start of Day means the start of your active period, whatever time that is. Midday means the middle of your rotation. Before Sleep means before your sleep window. If your day starts at 6pm, that is when you take REFUEL.
When will I notice anything?
Most members report the clearest change in weeks 3 and 4. The magnesium your cells actually hold takes weeks to build. Your body's ability to regulate its own cortisol steadies over cycles, not nights. Sleep quality does not fully rebuild in a week after months of disruption.
Can I take this with my medications?
RECOVER contains 5-HTP and melatonin. Both can interact with SSRIs, SNRIs and other serotonergic medication. If you take any antidepressant, speak to your clinician or pharmacist before starting. REFUEL and RECHARGE both contain caffeine and other stimulant compounds, so if you take a prescribed stimulant, raise it with your clinician before you start and do not change your prescribed dose without speaking to them. REFUEL contains vitamin K2, which affects clotting, so if you take blood thinners raise that too. If you are on any prescription medication, the safest step is to show the full ingredient list to your pharmacist. It is published in full for exactly that reason.
Will this cause a problem with a workplace or department drug test?
Every ingredient and every amount is printed on the label. There are no proprietary blends and nothing is hidden behind a trademark. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory and the Certificate of Analysis is published. If your department or employer keeps a prohibited substance list, check the label against it before you start.
How does the subscription work, and can I cancel?
The founding rate is $174.98 a month, held for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the price current then. Pause, skip or cancel from My Account, at any time, without contacting anyone. Pause holds your rate. Cancelling releases it.
What if it does not work for me?
Tell us. There are usually practical reasons: timing that does not match your actual work cycle, taking REFUEL without food, or a stretch where the routine slipped. We would rather work through it with you than refund you. If we cannot make it work, the 365-day guarantee is there and you have a full year to use it.

The Standard We Hold
Truth over hype.
Every supplement company will tell you it tests. Most will send you the certificate if you ask for it.
We publish every batch before you ask.
No proprietary blends.
Every active ingredient named with its exact amount, published in full.
Every dose set one of 3 ways, verified, in-band, or a stated contribution, and we say which.
If we cannot explain the reaction in plain language, we do not make the claim.

The last 3 days have been WOW
In the morning after taking REFUEL, it feels like a cleaner energy with no anxiety crash like caffeine causes. I have more focus for trainings in the afternoon, and the biggest benefit is I'm not reaching for the extra Redbull or Starbucks. I feel like in the past week after multiple doses I have felt a big difference and my stamina has been much better. The last 3 days have been WOW.

A replacement for every supplement I used to take
The Essential Routine is a replacement for every supplement I used to take, plus a couple added benefits. Normally I would do a bunch of caffeine in the morning and at lunch, and by 3 it’s still doomsday. I’m taking RECHARGE between 12 and 1. I’m noticing it takes about an hour, but once it kicks in I feel like I could just keep going

This has helped with my mood
First thing I noticed was my sleep was better. I'm very busy so my sleep patterns are whacked. Sometimes I wake up at 2AM and can’t fall asleep, and keep scrolling on my phone. This is the third night in a row I have seen a difference.
This has helped with my mood. I’m not as exhausted so I’m definitely less irritable.
